In the year 2014 he founded an NGO called Swayam Prakash Foundation and led a team of young students to make some positive change in the society. He has been the Secretary of the NGO since then. In the year 2015 he founded a Company called PCM Exports to make the NGO self-sustainable and thereby prove himself as a Social-Entrepreneur. Mr. Mishra has been leading two organizations successfully since then and his company PCM Exports with brand name Rich Naturals has become a house-hold name in Eastern India within a short span of 5 years! He has a dream of making PCM Exports the most successful Organic and Super-Food company in India with an objective to make Organic and Chemical-Free Agri- products affordable and available to all for a disease-free healthy life.
