Mr. Mishra has been leading two organizations successfully since then and his company PCM Exports with brand name Rich Naturals has become a house-hold name in Eastern India within a short span of 5 years! He has a dream of making PCM Exports the most successful Organic and Super-Food company in India with an objective to make Organic and Chemical-Free Agri- products affordable and available to all for a disease-free healthy life.

Married to Mr. Ravi Acharya, a philanthropist who owns a pharmaceutical business. Blessed with a Daughter and a Son. Co-founder of NammaPrayatna, an NGO which focuses on helping for the welfare of the people. It was started by her and 10 other women. It is a non-profit organization which helps the orphanages, old age homes, Government school children in and around Belagavi.
